We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring smooth operations at our property. The following policy applies to all bookings made directly with Vijay Bagh or through our authorized partners.
Cancellations made more than 12 days prior to arrival will be eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 12 days of arrival will be eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show.
For early departures after check-in, no refund will be provided for unused nights, except at the discretion of the management.
In rare circumstances such as natural calamities, government orders, or unforeseen operational issues, Vijay Bagh reserves the right to cancel a reservation. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of any advance payment made, or the option to reschedule their stay without additional charges (subject to availability).
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for booking.
Any transaction or bank charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the guest.
For group reservations and bookings during festive/peak periods (15th–26th October and 21st December–5th January), stricter cancellation rules may apply. Guests will be informed of these conditions at the time of booking.
