These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services or website. By making a reservation, staying with us, or accessing our services, you accept and agree to abide by these terms.
All bookings are subject to room or tent availability.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit (percentage to be defined) must be paid.
The remaining balance is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, cards, or other modes specified at time of booking.
Special requests (e.g. extra bed, early check-in) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If you modify or change dates, the new rate may apply; if the new rate is lower, no refund of the difference is guaranteed.
Standard check-in time: from 12:30 PM (or specify your time)
Standard check-out time: by 10:00 AM (or your time)
Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted subject to availability and additional fees.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (passport, driver’s license, or other).
The name on the reservation must match the name on the ID.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully, courteously, and responsibly during their stay.
Any damage, vandalism, or misuse of property will be charged to the guest.
The management reserves the right to refuse service or evict a guest for misconduct without refund.
Noise or activities disturbing other guests are prohibited.
All facilities and amenities must be used responsibly.
Organized activities (e.g. camel safari, cultural program) are subject to schedules and weather conditions.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities beyond its control.
Any personal belongings or equipment used during activities are at guest’s own risk.
Vijay Bagh is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to personal belongings during your stay.
We strongly recommend guests use safe lockers and take precautions.
The hotel is not responsible for interruptions caused by unforeseen events (storms, government orders, power failures, etc.).
Guests are responsible for their own actions and those of their visitors.
Cancellations made more than 12 days before arrival: full refund of deposit.
Cancellations made within 12 days of arrival: 50% refund of deposit.
No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival: full charge.
In case of early departure, no refund will be given for unused nights, except at management’s discretion.
We collect necessary personal data (name, contact, ID details) to process bookings and provide services.
Your data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy (link).
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.
All content, images, logos, text, and materials on our website are the property of Vijay Bagh, unless otherwise indicated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaisalmer / Rajasthan (or your preferred city).
